Candidates are cleared to work by one of our experienced and diligent compliance officers, in line with legislative and enhanced employment checks.

As Merco hold approved National Framework supplier status our compliance process is regularly reviewed, audited and refreshed to ensure we are ahead of changes in legislation relating to employer checks.
