Specialist Grade in Anaesthetics

Merco Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Specialist Grade Anaesthetist to join NHS Trusts in the Midlands. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking for career progression with the goal of achieving CESR and advancing to Consultant level within the Trust. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality anaesthetic services across a range of clinical settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient care
• Play a key role in quality improvement initiatives, medical education, and training
• Pursue CESR certification, with support from the Trust, as part of your path towards Consultant-level roles

Qualifications & Experience:

• Essential:
• Full MRCP or equivalent
• FRCA or equivalent qualification
• Full GMC Registration and licensable 
• Higher qualification in Anaesthetics
• Current or recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
• Recognised certifications and qualifications in any of the following:
• Quality Improvement
• Medical Education
• Teaching and Training
• Management and Leadership
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
