Emergency Nurse Practitioner - Band 7
Working on behalf of Minor Injuries Units (MIU) and Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC), Merco are welcoming applications from Emergency Nurse Practitioners/Emergency Practitioners to join the dynamic teams delivering high quality care across the South West.
You will be a qualified ENP/EP with non-medical prescribing, and have at least a years experience in a Primary Care setting.
Advanced practice modules in Minor Injury and / or illness to level 6 or 7 are preferred, as are IRMER / x-ray interpretation skills and a background or special interest in Emergency Care.
We offer extensive shift options of 8, 10 or 12 hours - across multiple hospital sites in Somerset. You will be able to arrange a flexible working pattern of shifts with your dedicated Merco consultant, and benefits include training opportunities as well as a competitive referral scheme.
You will need to have the ability to see a wide range of patients (of all ages) presenting through the Urgent Care Service and be able to diagnose, assess, treat, prescribe and refer as necessary.
