Person Specification

We start by reviewing your job and person specifications. We'll discuss these with you to ensure our understanding is correct and we'll also take the time to ask you about softer issues which may be important to the department or organisation. For non-consultant grade appointments, we'll most likely want to ask about access to schemes such as CESR or equivalent.

Shortlisting

With a full and proper understanding of the person you are seeking we start our search. We use a variety of marketing and recruitment methods to reach out and communicate to new and known candidates across the globe. Each matched candidate is fully qualified by us to determine if they should be shortlisted or not. CVs are submitted to you in accordance with your instructions.

INT

Interviews

When you're ready to have a formal conversation we will manage the logistics. If the candidate isn't able to attend a face-to-face interview or meeting, then we will make the necessary arrangements for a phone or video call - and always test the line before the interview time so there are no wasted diary slots.

HR

Offers and Start

If you're in a position to make an offer, then we will manage this process too. Once received we carefully take the candidate through the offer and relay any feedback to you. We can help with information or documentation to support the visa or compliance process, and we work with the candidates to ensure a smooth start.
